Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work in various roles within different companies. Starting out as an Account Manager, I quickly moved up to Manager Operations, where I was responsible for coaching and facilitating members of the secretariat, operations/IT, administration retail market, and administration business market. After three years in this role, I transitioned to an IT company as a Business Development Manager, where I focused on reforming the IT business through marketing, sales, event management, project management, and more.During my time in the IT industry, I worked closely with both the commercial and technical teams to streamline and optimize processes, making work more efficient and secure. In my most recent position, I had a double role as an IT Coordinator for one of our clients, where I provided insight into their organization's software and hardware usage to improve efficiency.Throughout my career, I've always believed that things could be done better and more efficiently, which is what inspired me to start 8Chapters. Together with the right team, we're committed to redefining outsourcing and delivering the highest quality services to our clients.
